Kayaking

From the pond to a stream to a river, join us as we learn to paddle a touring kayak. Come and explore the many bodies of water all around us. Participants will also learn water safety procedures and work on swift water rescue. We even have an evening class for adults.

Classes begin July 5 and end August 11.

The cost is $25.00 for students and adults. All classes are offered to boys and girls in Grades 6-9. Classes are held once a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Participants will meet at the Riverside Building for all classes.

Adult classes are held on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. First class meets at the Riverside Building. All other classes will be determined.
